Never too old for…

The classic story has always been in its own cohort. Good songs are criticized for being ‘old’, but as Peter Pan’s subscript says, a classic children’s story is like ‘boy who never grew up’. One can read them once, and smile, or dig deeper to understand that even simple plots and simple characters have the ability to enrich daily life.

  1. I really want to read Peter Pan one day. It has such a rich history, and I know that it’ll become one of my favourites. I loved The Wind in the Willows when I was young =)

  2. I agree, you are never too old to read classic children’s books. I just bought The Secret Garden and a book full of Winnie the Pooh’s quotes. I think I’ll never grow up completely, and I don’t intend to either.
